Purpose: $TASKED funds product development through creator-fee revenue instead of selling down a large treasury.
This aligns platform growth with community participation

Top-100 Snapshot → 30% Revenue Share
As the official platform launch approaches, a snapshot will be taken.

  • • Eligibility: Top 100 wallets by $TASKED balance at the snapshot.
  • • Allocation: These wallets share 30% of platform revenue, distributed pro-rata by snapshot weight.
  • • Hold-to-keep (“Last Man Standing”): You must keep holding after the snapshot. If a Top-100 holder sells, that holder’s share is redistributed to the remaining eligible wallets. In theory, one committed holder could end up with the full 30% if all others exit.
  • • Transferability: With approval, a holder may transfer their revenue-share right to another wallet (enabling clean OTC transfers).
  • • Planned utility: On-platform fee discounts or other perks for users who hold or use $TASKED.

Full terms, the exact snapshot time, distribution cadence, and technical details will be published before the snapshot and will comply with applicable laws and published Terms & Conditions.
